What is Key?
Key is a registered charity which gives housing support to young people aged 16 - 25.
We provide a variety of services from the Youth Centre in Leyland, and direct to young people in their homes. (Services are running as normal from the Centre- even though outside drop in times we are now based across the road in the Civic Centre.
We also run a drop in service on Tuesday and Friday afternoons in Chorley.
Who does Key help?
We help young people aged 16 - 25 from in and around South Ribble and Chorley If you are from Preston, we may still be able to help, and if not, we will put you in touch with other agencies who can help you.
When is Key open?
Key is open Monday to Friday between 12:30 and 3:30 pm. ( except Thursday where we close at 2.30pm) Some services are available outside these hours, including counselling and floating support.
In Chorley the drop in is open from 1pm until 4pm on Tuesday and friday based at the Young Peoples Service on Market Street in Chorley.

We want to offer the best service to all young people who use Key. If you're not happy about something, please let us know so that we can try to put it right if we've got it wrong.
